For help with SPEND STACK, email support@properdebris.com. Include a concise description of what happened, the device and operating-system version, and any non-sensitive error message you saw.
Protect your credentials. Do not email brokerage passwords, authentication secrets, API keys, one-time codes, private keys, session tokens, or similar sensitive credentials. Proper Debris support does not need them.
Common support topics
Installation or launch problems
Tell us whether the issue occurs on macOS, iPhone, or iPad; which operating-system version you use; and what you see when the app starts. Include an exact non-sensitive error message if one is shown.
Local portfolio import
Describe the file format and the import result. You may share a redacted example only if needed; remove names, account numbers, detailed holdings, transaction history, and other personal financial information first. Support cannot fabricate holdings or alter the macOS app's portfolio authority.
Opportunity rules import
Use the supported Import Opportunity Rules… action in the macOS app. If a rules file is rejected, send the displayed non-sensitive validation message. Do not send a real portfolio or owner-specific trading configuration unless you intentionally choose to disclose it for support.
Stale, offline, or no-data mobile status
The iPhone and iPad app is read-only and aggregate-only. A stale, offline, or no-data status does not change your local macOS portfolio. When asking for help, include the status label and visible source or update time, but do not send detailed constituent portfolio data.
General product questions
SPEND STACK provides portfolio information and decision support. It does not automatically place or execute trades and has no brokerage-write authority. Proper Debris support cannot place trades, approve an investment decision, or change your authoritative portfolio record for you.
